Healing Ceremonial Cacoa sound journey with Jemmé also known as Kuchina Jezebellé Holistic healer, Cacao Kuchina and Sound Journey Artist.
All while reconnecting with nature in beautiful surroundings.
What is Cacoa:
Cacao is such a delicious tool on so many levels, as a superfood it can be used to add a chocolatey taste to almost anything you desire. You can use cacao to make vegan chocolates, cakes, desserts, add to smoothies and more.
Cacao has many beautiful nutritional benefits, it contains magnesium, vitamins and minerals, high in antioxidants, improves brain function, promotes heart health and is a mood enhancer.
Mix these all together with song, prayer and reverence and I can assure you, magic happens.
We will go into more detail about the wonderful Cacao and the stories she holds, at the retreat.
Cacao has opened me up to returning to childlike joy.
Cacao reminds me to move through life with curious wonder and to be playful when life feels too serious.
To slow down when things feel overwhelming or too fast paced for my current state.
Cacao reminds me to always return to LOVE ♥️ with myself and in my interpersonal relationships.
Working with Cacao has brought back the magic that I always knew is within, that got a little lost - but now is found... Hallelujah
What is Hooping:
Cheryl has a background in psychology, teaching and change management. Her journey with hula hoops started 8 years ago as a result of a need to rehabilitate her body. Through the process she translated her journey of transformation into a business called Simply Change, that uses the hoops as a portal for transformation.
Cheryl has discovered her super power. FUN-LEARNING. It is really simple, just not obvious.
Her passion for helping people has been made possible through the sharing of the circle. Not just any circle…
A circle must be connected, and once closed, there is no beginning and no end.
This all came about as Cheryl used hooping PLAYFULLY as her chrysalis. Using hoops she transformed, by sharing how awesome the benefits are for mind, body and soul. The facilitation she does is introducing these possibilities.
Use your body to change your mind. The real work is mental agility, when you can change your mind, you change everything. Using neuro-syncing as the end in mind, it takes as long as it takes. The key is to PLAY, the hoop is a full body work out.
